Print magazines are delivered via standard mail to the address provided at the time of order. Delivery times may vary based on location within Canada. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
Digital magazine access will be provided via email after order confirmation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a refund consideration. Single issues and partially fulfilled subscriptions may not be eligible for refunds. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to customer support.
